Return Policy

We truly appreciate your purchase from Les Enfants Sauvages and we will do all we can to make sure that you're happy. For online purchases we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on all items that have not been worn, washed or altered. All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Returns must have all original tags in order to receive the refund or exchange. Please contact us before sending back to get a confirmation number.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case that an item was faulty or damaged, we will reimburse for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. 

Tracking number will be provided for Canada and United State shipping. Unfortunately, worldwide shipping will not include tracking information. 

Please note that international recipients are responsible for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
